One-on-One Coaching

Wellness is not something you do but something you are.

You will learn to lift like a strength coach, run like a track athlete and rewire your brain like a neuroscientist.

What You Get

  1. Mindset Training: weekly videos with prescribed goals to change your thought processes
  2. Cardiovascular Training: 3-5 per week, based on your fitness level; hills, speed and endurance intervals intermixed with steady-state.
  3. Strength Training: 2-3 per week, based on your skill level, including form review and analysis. Includes access to TrueCoach online platform and app.
  4. Nutrition Analysis: we’ll talk belly-brain connection and how your food influences both your physical and mental state.
  5. Sleep Hygiene: for consolidation of new behaviors, for emotional control, for happiness.
  6. One-on-One Support: Daily check-ins with Dr. K via TrueCoach app.
  7. Education:truly understand the synergistic neurological, psychological and physical benefits to each of the above stated components.

Each workout, each mindset video, each week is designed to keep you aligned; physically and emotionally. To breed empowerment translatable to the challenges of this everyday obstacle course we call life.
